§ 34-17-2-7 — Summons and answer
Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 17 CAUSES OF ACTION: INFORMATIONS·Ch. 2 Filing of Information and Summons
Whenever an information is filed, a summons
shall issue, which shall be served and returned as in other actions. The
defendant shall appear and answer, or suffer default, and subsequent
proceedings are the same as in other cases.
