§ 34-13-5-8 — Appeals

Appeals from any final judgment in a public lawsuit shall be governed by, and taken in the same manner and with the same time limits, as appeals from interlocutory orders of a circuit or superior court under applicable law. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-4-17-6.]
