Text

If requested to do so, the attorney general shall defend a present or former state employee against a claim or suit under section 1 of this chapter. The attorney general may employ other counsel to aid in defending or settling the claim or suit. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-4-16.7-2.]
