Text
A court that has rendered a judgment against a governmental entity may order that governmental entity to:
(1)appropriate funds for the payment of the judgment if funds are
available for that purpose; or
(2)levy and collect a tax to pay the judgment if there are
insufficient funds available for that purpose.
