§ 34-13-1-7 — Counsel to assist attorney general
Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 13 CAUSES OF ACTION: CLAIMS AGAINST THE·Ch. 1 Contract Claims Against the State
Whenever, in the opinion of the governor, the
interests of the state require it, the governor may employ counsel to
assist the attorney general in the defense of any suit brought against the
state and may pay that counsel out of any funds at the governor's
disposal appropriated for that purpose.
