§ 34-13-1-4 — Attorney general; duties
Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 13 CAUSES OF ACTION: CLAIMS AGAINST THE·Ch. 1 Contract Claims Against the State
The attorney general, in person or by deputy,
shall defend and represent the interests of the state in any action
brought under this chapter (or IC 34-4-16 before its repeal).
