§ 34-13-1-1 — Commencement of actions; limitations; trial by court
Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 13 CAUSES OF ACTION: CLAIMS AGAINST THE·Ch. 1 Contract Claims Against the State
(a)Any person having a claim against the state
arising out of an express or implied contract may bring suit within ten
(10)years after accrual of the claim.
(b)The claim brought under this section shall be tried to the court,
not a jury.
