§ 34-12-5-5 — "Covered entity"

As used in this chapter, "covered entity" means:
(1)a governmental entity (as defined by IC 34-6-2.1-77),
including a political subdivision (as defined in IC 34-6-2.1-155);
and
(2)an approved postsecondary educational institution (as defined
by IC 21-7-13-6).
