§ 205-70 — Contracts

Any contract let for the construction, repair, alteration or improvement of any building or buildings, the demolition thereof, or removal of debris resulting therefrom, or any other contract let for any other type of construction or repair work, shall contain provisions requiring the contractor or other person, firm or corporation undertaking such work to give bond in such amount and with such surety, conditioned for the faithful performance of the contract as the Board of Commissioners may determine.
