§ 205-25 — Grants from federal government

The Authority shall have the power to apply for and accept grants, matching grants, loans or appropriations from the federal government or any agency or instrumentality thereof to be used for any of the purposes of the Authority and to enter into any agreement with the federal government in relation to such grants, matching grants, loans or appropriations with the power to use any gift, grant, or other income for any lawful purpose of the Authority including the abatement of any taxes levied or assessed pursuant to the terms of this Article.
