§ 205-10 — Creation of Authority; principal office

There is hereby created a political subdivision, body politic and municipal corporation by the name and style of Peoria Civic Center Authority whose boundaries are coextensive with the City of Peoria, as the same are now or may be in the future. The principal office of the Authority shall be in the City of Peoria.
