Text
The provisions of this Article and the applications thereof to any person or circumstance are declared to be severable. If any Section, clause, sentence, paragraph, part or provision of this Article shall be held to be invalid by any court, it shall be conclusively presumed that the remaining portions of this Article would have been passed by the Legislature without such invalid Section, clause, sentence, paragraph, part or provision. If the application of any Section, clause, sentence, paragraph, part or provision of this Article to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the application thereof to other persons or circumstances.
