(a)It is a violation of this Chapter for: 1. A person to possess without authority any manufacturer's statement of origin, certificate of title, salvage certificate, junking certificate, display certificate of title, registration card, license plate or digital license plate, registration sticker or digital registration sticker, or temporary registration permit, whether blank or otherwise; 2.
