§ 160 — Annual reports

The Department of Public Health shall submit to the General Assembly a report, by September 30 of each year, that does not disclose any identifying information about registered qualifying patients, registered caregivers, or certifying health care professionals, but does contain, at a minimum, all of the following information based on the fiscal year for reporting purposes:

(1)the number of applications and renewals filed for registry identification cards or registrations;
(2)the number of qualifying patients and designated caregivers served by each dispensary during the report year;
(3)the nature of the debilitating medical conditions of the qualifying patients;
(4)the number of registry identification cards or registrations revoked for misconduct;
(5)the number of certifying health c
