Text

A coordinating organization contracted by the Department to administer the Program shall assume the following duties:

(1)Administer grants to develop and sustain abortion care training programs at a minimum of 2 community-based provider sites. When selecting community-based provider sites, the coordinating organization shall prioritize sites near transportation hubs and underserved communities.
(2)If funding is available, administer grants to:
(A)other community-based sites;
(B)hospital-based provider sites; and (C) continuing education programs for reproductive health care, including through professional associations and other clinical education programs.
(3)Establish training Program requirements that:
(A)are consistent with evidence-based training standards;
(B)comply with any ap
