§ 16-30 — Abortion Care Clinical Training Program Fund

The Abortion Care Clinical Training Program Fund is established as a special fund in the State Treasury. The Fund may accept moneys from any public source in the form of grants, deposits, and transfers, and shall be used for administration and implementation of the Abortion Care Clinical Training Program.
