Text

(a)It shall be unlawful during the pendency of such charges and any period of license revocation and ineligibility pursuant to Code Section 16-11-110 for any person charged with or convicted of a violation of subsection (a) of Code Section 16-11-108 to either:
(1)Hunt without a license in violation of Code Section 27-2-1 ; or (2) Possess a Georgia hunting license other than a temporary hunting license issued by the director of the Game and Fish Division of the Department of Natural Resources pursuant to the provisions of subsection (c) of Code Section 16-11-108 .
(b)Any person who violates subsection (a) of this Code section shall be guilty of a felony and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $5,000.00 or by imprisonment for not less than one nor more t
