Text

(a)A person is guilty of misrepresentation of age to entice a minor when such person, in the course of and in furtherance of the commission of a violation of section 53a-90a, intentionally misrepresents such person's age.
(b)Misrepresentation of age to entice a minor is a class C felony. *Prosecution where necessary elements of two or more distinct offenses combined in same act; fraudulent restraint in kidnapping, defined; restraint for sexual gratification within purview of kidnapping statute. 164 C. 95.
