Text
Notwithstanding any provision of any general statute, public act or special act, the Commissioner of Administrative Services and the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management may establish health benefit premium cost sharing requirements for all nonrepresented classified and unclassified officers and employees, up to eighteen per cent of the total premium equivalent as determined by the Comptroller.
