The employer contribution for retirement benefits for teachers at the E.
O.Smith School who are members of the state employees retirement system shall be included in amounts appropriated from the General Fund to miscellaneous accounts administered by the Comptroller for the state employees retirement contributions and employers' Social Security Tax. See chapter 167a re Teachers' Retirement Fund.
