§ 5-159b — Election of refunds by state employees in federally funded jobs.

State employees in positions funded in whole or in part by the federal government as part of any public service employment program, on-the-job training program or work experience program may elect to receive a refund of their accumulated retirement contributions without interest. *See Sec. 5-259 re hospitalization and medical and surgical insurance.
