Such bond shall be taken to the lienor, and shall be substantially in the following form: “Know all men by these presents: That we, C.
D.of ...., as principal, and .... of ...., as surety, are holden and firmly bound, jointly and severally, unto A.
B.of ...., in the penal sum of .... dollars, to which payment well and truly to be made, we hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, firmly by these presents. The Condition of this obligation is such that whereas certain personal property, viz.: ...., in which said C.
D.has an interest as owner (or otherwise, as the case may be) is now held by said A.
B.under claim of lien for storage (or otherwise, as the case may be) to the amount of .... dollars: Now, Therefore, if said C.
D.shall pay or cause to be paid any judgme
