§ 99-99-206 — Feasibility study and hearings

The interdepartmental water conference shall, in cooperation with the office of the state engineer, other appropriate state agencies and officials and members of the public make a feasibility study of the total effects of Stage I, Stage II and Stage III and of the in-basin needs and rights which will be considered in the final plan and hold hearings thereon in compliance with W.S. 41-2-114.
