§ 99-99-1201 — Mitigation account
(a)The Little Snake River mitigation account is created.
(b)Funds in the Little Snake River mitigation account
shall be used by the Wyoming water development commission to
complete the Little Snake River mitigation study to identify
water supply and rehabilitation needs in the Little Snake River
basin in Wyoming and to evaluate alternative measures to meet
those needs.
(c)The Wyoming water development commission shall
administer the Little Snake River mitigation account created by
subsection (a) of this section.
