§ 35-8-324 — Cemeteries in cities and towns in conflict with special cemetery district
Wyoming·Title 35 Public Health and Safety·Ch. 8 CEMETERIES AND BURIALS·Art. 3 SPECIAL CEMETERY DISTRICTS
No incorporated city or town which is or may be included within
the boundaries of a special cemetery district organized under
the laws of the state of Wyoming, shall purchase, establish,
operate, maintain, improve or support a cemetery or cemetery
grounds for a period of more than one (1) year after the
formation of such cemetery district or for a period of more than
two (2) months after the effective date of this act, whichever
shall be later.
