§ 35-8-206 — Bond issue; bond register
The city or town treasurer shall keep a book in which shall be
registered all such bonds, showing the number of the bond, the
date of issue, to whom issued, the amount, the date of
redemption, and payment of interest; which book shall be open to
all persons to examine the same during business hours.
