§ 35-8-323 — Districts charged with maintaining existing public cemeteries
Wyoming·Title 35 Public Health and Safety·Ch. 8 CEMETERIES AND BURIALS·Art. 3 SPECIAL CEMETERY DISTRICTS
All districts organized under the provisions of this act are
charged with the duty of maintaining existing public cemeteries
owned and maintained by incorporated cities or towns, or
otherwise, within the boundaries of the district; and such
maintenance shall be as nearly uniform as possible.
