§ 35-8-317 — Bond issue; conduct of election
Wyoming·Title 35 Public Health and Safety·Ch. 8 CEMETERIES AND BURIALS·Art. 3 SPECIAL CEMETERY DISTRICTS
The election authorized under W.S. 35-8-316 shall be called,
conducted and the results thereof canvassed and certified in all
respects as near as practicable in the same manner as is
provided for bond elections by the Political Subdivision Bond
Election Law, W.S. 22-21-101 through 22-21-112.
