Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 35-8-304 (2026).
Text
An election of six (6) trustees shall be held therein at the
same time as the election for formation of the district.
Trustees shall serve without compensation to govern the affairs
of the district. There shall be elected three (3) members to
serve until the next succeeding district election, and three (3)
members to serve until the second succeeding district election
and until their successors are elected and qualified.
