§ 23-6-303 — Licensing authority; definition

As used in the compact, the term "licensing authority," with
reference to this state, means the Wyoming game and fish
department. The director of the department shall furnish to the
appropriate authorities of the participating states any
information or documents reasonably necessary to facilitate the
administration of the compact.
