§ 23-6-104 — Procedure prescribed herein not exclusive

Wyoming·Title 23 Game and Fish·Ch. 6 ENFORCEMENT; PENALTIES·Art. 1 ENFORCEMENT

The foregoing provisions shall apply to all arrests without a
warrant for violations of this act, but the procedures
prescribed herein are not exclusive of any other method
prescribed by law for the arrest and prosecution of a person for
an offense of like grade.
