§ 23-6-110 — Refusal to display proper license prima facie evidence of guilt
Any person taking any wildlife who fails or refuses upon demand
of any person authorized to enforce the provisions of this act
to produce his proper license if a license is required for the
wildlife taken, is prima facie evidence of taking the particular
wildlife without a license.
