Text
(a)The primary ballot of political parties shall be
printed on the following colored paper or on paper with the
following color demarcation as provided by rule and regulation
of the secretary of state:
(i)Republican party-White;
(ii)Democratic party-Blue;
(iii)Repealed by Laws 1991, ch. 243, § 5.
(iv)Additional major parties - A different color for
each major party.
