Text
(a)No candidate's name shall appear on the partisan
ballot more than once, except that of a candidate for the office
of precinct committeeman or committeewoman, who may also seek
the office of president or vice president of the United States
or another office on the same partisan primary ballot.
(b)No candidate's name shall appear on the general
election ballot more than once, except that a candidate for a
partisan office may also seek the office of president or vice
president of the United States or a nonpartisan office on the
same general election ballot in accordance with W.S. 22-2-116.
