Text
The officer providing the official ballots shall publish sample
ballots at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in
the district in which each primary and general election is held
within two (2) weeks prior to the election. This notice shall
also state that the names of candidates will be rotated on the
official ballots and will not always appear in the order
indicated in the sample ballots.
