Text
Official paper ballots shall be uniform in size, printed in
black ink on good quality paper through which printing cannot be
read. Ballots shall be white except as otherwise provided. On a
voting machine each column or row containing the titles of
offices and candidates for office shall be arranged to indicate
clearly the office for which a candidate is running.
