Text
On official ballots the political party name or title shall be
printed in capital letters not less than one-eighth (1/8) inch
nor more than one-fourth (1/4) of an inch in height. The names
of all candidates shall be printed in the same size letters not
less than one-eighth (1/8) inch nor more than one-fourth (1/4)
of an inch in height. The name of each political party shall be
printed in the same type size as that of every other political
party.
