Text
(a)The governing body may continue the hearing upon any
petition, resolution or remonstrance provided for in this
chapter and shall retain jurisdiction until it is fully disposed
of.
(b)The governing body does not lose jurisdiction over the
making of any improvements, the making of any assessment or the
issuance of any bonds or any other matter provided for in this
chapter by reason of any adjournment, delay, error or
irregularity on the part of any member or any city or town
officer.
