Text
(a)The governing body of any city or town may:
(i)Design, establish, vacate, widen, extend and open
streets or parts thereof;
(ii)Appropriate private property for the purpose;
(iii)Establish or alter the grade of any street,
within the corporate limits; and
(iv)Determine and provide everything necessary and
convenient to the exercise of this authority.
