Text
(a)Upon the hearing of the resolution of intention, if
the governing body decides to proceed with the improvement, it
shall pass an ordinance, which shall recite:
(i)The passage of the resolution of intention;
(ii)The date of the hearing; and
(iii)Whether or not remonstrances were filed and if
any were filed, the action of the governing body thereon.
(b)The ordinance shall also:
(i)Order the improvements;
(ii)Describe the improvements proposed to be made;
(iii)Direct the city engineer to prepare plans and
specifications therefor; and
(iv)Fix the boundaries of the assessment district,
which shall include all property to be assessed for the
improvements.
