§ 15-6-440 — Payment of assessments; installment collection

Unless the assessment against any parcel is paid within thirty
(30) days after the notice, or the thirty (30) day period has
been waived by the legal owners of record of all of the property
assessed in the district, the assessment shall be collected in
installments as provided in W.S. 15-6-409 and 15-6-432. Each
installment is delinquent unless paid when due.
