Text
Within fifteen (15) days after the completion of the sale of all
property described in the assessment rolls and authorized to be
sold, the treasurer shall return to the comptroller, or other
officer by whom the warrant was issued for the sale, a statement
indicating his action thereon and showing all the property he
sold, to whom sold and the sums paid for each.
