(a)As used in this article:
(i)"Government" includes any branch, subdivision or
agency of the state of Wyoming or any city, town, county, school
district or special district within it;
(ii)"Governmental function" includes any activity
which a public servant is legally authorized to undertake on
behalf of a government;
(iii)"Harm" means loss, disadvantage or injury;
(iv)"Pecuniary benefit" is benefit in the form of
property;

(v)"Public officer" means a person who holds an
office which is created or granted authority by the constitution
