§ 1-40-304 — Notification of division
Wyoming·Title 01 Civil Procedure·Ch. 40 CRIME VICTIMS COMPENSATION·Art. 3 COMPENSATION FROM BENEFITS OF CRIME
It shall be the responsibility of the victim, the victim's
attorney, or the victim's representative to notify the division
of the filing of any civil action under W.S. 1-40-303(b)(ii).
