Text
(a)Any agent or employee of the division who knowingly
makes a false entry or falsely alters any division record, or
who intentionally destroys, mutilates, conceals, removes or
otherwise impairs the verity or availability of any division
record with the knowledge of a lack of authority to do so, or
who possesses a division record and refuses to deliver up that
record upon proper request of a person lawfully entitled to
receive it is guilty of a misdemeanor.
(b)Any violation of this chapter for which a penalty is
not otherwise provided is a misdemeanor.
