Text
No railway company or street railway company, when cleaning
their track, may pile up snow or other material and leave it
piled upon any street in the city or town. Any such company is
liable to any person injured as a result of the obstruction for
all damages sustained. If damages are recovered against the
city or town for injuries caused by the obstruction, the city
may recover from the company responsible.
