§ 15-4-109 — Finances; first commission's appropriative powers
The first commission elected in a city under the provisions of
this article has the power, by ordinance, to revise, repeal or
change any appropriations made for the current fiscal year prior
to the beginning of their term of office and to make additional
appropriations.
