§ 15-4-308 — Conditions causing injury; defects
Wyoming·Title 15 Cities and Towns·Ch. 4 ALTERNATIVE FORMS OF GOVERNMENT·Art. 3 PROPERTY, FINANCIAL AFFAIRS, CONTRACTS, STREETS,
No action may be maintained against the city or town on account
of injuries received by means of any defect in the condition of
any bridge, street, sidewalk or thoroughfare except as provided
by W.S. 1-39-101 through 1-39-119.
