§ 26-37-127 — Rules and regulations
After notice and hearing, the commissioner may promulgate rules
and regulations necessary to carry out this chapter. Rules and
regulations promulgated under this chapter are subject to review
in accordance with W.S. 28-9-101 through 28-9-108.
