§ 26-37-111 — Mechanical breakdown insurance organizations; solicitations to purchase
No person shall solicit or aid in the solicitation of another
person to purchase a policy issued by a mechanical breakdown
insurance organization not having a certificate of authority
procured pursuant to this act.
